Our Hamburg office offers a modern, well-connected workspace with stunning views of the Alster. Expect regular vessel visits and European travel, allowing you to engage with our offshore crews and key industry partners firsthand.

Reporting into the SOV Operations Director and working alongside our European Lead.

QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING:

✔ Maritime Operations or Offshore Energy Background – Experience at sea or in vessel management within offshore wind, offshore oil & gas, or shipping (but we encourage applications from those with transferable skills)

✔ Relevant Qualifications – Marine Deck or Engineer Officer certification, or a degree in Shipping, Offshore Logistics, Marine Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent industry experience)

✔ Tech-Savvy Approach – Familiarity with digital vessel management tools, PowerBI, MS Project, or Dynamics is a plus

✔ Driver’s License – Class B (DE) or equivalent
